Caseless for Dura-Lite®

The Challenge

Several customers approached Altium to produce a stackable case less dairy square that would integrate with a tray system, as they found it to be well-suited to their stores’ needs.

The Solution

Altium’s Dura-Lite® dairy gallon was designed to have a greater top load strength despite having less gram weight than traditional packaging. Altium’s Studio PKGTM began work on a Dura-Lite® caseless option, hoping to further improve top load strength to achieve our customer's desired performance and aesthetic requirements. Studio PKGTM also worked with tray makers to design the bottles to fit their tray systems.

The Results

Collaborating with our customers and tray makers resulted in a highly stackable caseless system that not only performed well but provided better shelf appeal and an easier customer interaction in stores.
